Catholic Charities to Host Jamestown Open House on June 7

To learn how Catholic Charities and other Jamestown area resources can help families and individuals, the organization is hosting an open house on Friday, June 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its location at 42 Dunham Ave.

“Catholic Charities provides HOPE for our neighbors of all ages, regardless of faith, who are struggling with life’s challenges,” said Jessica Wolfe, Chautauqua County district director, Catholic Charities. “We can help with things like basic emergency assistance, family safety and stabilization, and connecting mothers and families to WIC. Other local organizations offer additional services such as workforce development and health care. We’re all here to help you.”

In addition to Catholic Charities, participating organizations include “Be the change you wish to see in Jamestown,” Goodskills, The Resource Center, and others. All are welcome and the open house is free to attend. Refreshments will be available.
