In honor of the 175th Anniversary of the Diocese of Buffalo, the Ladies of Charity, an affiliate organization of Catholic Charities and a diocesan ministry, is participating in the diocese’s Day of Service this weekend.
This volunteer opportunity will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at Ladies of Charity, 1122 Broadway Ave., Buffalo. Volunteers are needed to help sort and tag clothing, household items and toys.

Many volunteer projects are being hosted in parishes and parish organizations this weekend as part of the Day of Service.
